Some Reminders:
● Please make checks payable to OHIO VALLEY ALFA ROMEO OWNERS CLUB and mail with registration to Ohio Valley Alfa Romeo Owners Club, c/o George Schweikle, 3260 Sutherland Drive, Lexington, KY 40517-2821. Registration will be first-come-first-served, as received with payment.
● The Autocross will be conducted by the Central KY Region-Sports Car Club of America. SCCA "Weekend Membership" registration is required, however there are NO ADDITIONAL FEES for this registration. The event entry fee includes ALL costs.
● MINORS: A SCCA Minor Release and Waiver form must be completed for all Autocross entrants / spectators under age 18 for Kentucky or under age of majority in the state of residency. Signature of Parent / Guardian is required. If Parent / Guardian is not present at the convention event, minor must bring a notarized form. Contact the registrar for a form, if needed.
● There will be a restricted parking area for Alfa vehicles only. Please be sure to indicate on your registration form if you are bringing a trailer, large tow vehicle, or motorhome; we will identify a specific parking area for these vehicles, and need your input to plan accordingly.
● HOTEL RESERVATIONS must be booked directly with the Convention Hotel. The rate is $99 / night; the code is ROC. Contact CROWNE PLAZA LEXINGTON-THE CAMPBELL HOUSE at 1-800-227-6963 or book via their AROC dedicated webpage available on this website's HOTEL page.
● PLEASE NOTE: HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS WILL BE VERY LIMITED DURING OUR CONVENTION DATES. There are two other major conventions in town for the entire week. We urge you to reserve your rooms EARLY to ensure that you are guaranteed a room as part of our negotiated room block, at the discounted rate.
● ALL event participants must register first for the convention and are subject to the convention registration fee. In the event a participant forgets to include his convention registration fee with his initial registration, we will hold your place in line for you at your chosen events, while we contact you, await your response, and receive your convention registration fee.
