If you registered for either driving event, you will receive a confirmation email, and questionnaire: In this, you will be asked to respond with:

1.     YOUR NAME

2.     THE CAR YOU WILL BE DRIVING: Model, Year, Color

3.     The CLASS OF YOUR CAR this is different for TT and autocross. The class is determined by finding the base points for your model Alfa, then adding this to the total modification points. The total can then be compared to the class list, and this is the class you will compete in. The modification points for your car can be found in the Competition Code. This is located in the Library section of the AROC website.  Visit the competition code here:  AROC Competition Code

4.     YOUR EXPERIENCE LEVEL (Time Trial only)

5.     AUTOCROSS ONLY This event will be conducted by the Central KY Region – SCCA, and requires all entries to be SCCA members. You will be provided a SCCA “Weekend Membership” at no cost, but will need to provide information for the application. If you are already a SCCA member, please indicate on the form.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Roll bars are required for Spiders running time trials and the minimum bar height must be at least as high as your helmet when normally seated.  For Spiders running autocross, a roll bar is not required.  However, if you do have a roll bar and use a shoulder harness, the bar must be at least as high as your helmet when normally seated.  Otherwise, there is no height requirement for a roll bar used only with lap belts.

Pre-Concours Car Wash Sponsored by Off Course Racewear

All day on Friday, July 15, you’ll be able to wash your Alfa at the hotel in preparation for the Concours the next day. Or even if you’re not entering the Concours, you can clean up your ride anytime from 8:00 AM until dark. There will be multiple hoses available off two separate sources, and there is enough lot space to accommodate three to four Alfas at a time. Dedicated and knowledgeable Alfista Mike Jarman will be overseeing the Car Wash for us, making certain you encounter no glitches and that everyone has time to make their Alfas shine. All we ask is that once you finish washing, that you please pull over to a nearby parking place to dry your car and complete your detailing, so that others can continue washing. As usual, only hoses and spray nozzles will be provided, so be sure and bring your own favorite car cleanup materials, sponges, towels, bucket, etc. Thanks! Che bella Alfa!
