Convention Volunteers

As with all AROC conventions, the end result is a combination of organization and people. While we have our organization and chairmen in place, we have received many inquires from our membership to assist with our activities and events. To date, we have commitments, in addition to our home chapter Ohio Valley, from Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas and Washington State. If you are considering assisting with the Alfas in the Bluegrass convention, don’t be bashful; there are plenty of opportunities for anyone who wants to lend a hand. And, most important, our plan is that no one has to work more than a two hour shift.

If you will be attending Alfas in the Bluegrass, and wouldn't mind giving a couple of hours of your time to assist in making this a great convention, contact us below.  Volunteering to assist with convention activities means you get a great way to see behind the scenes, meet more Alfisti, make friends and really feel involved in a convention.  Not to mention that it endears you to the people you are helping! Volunteering can be as easy as working at an activity or event where you will already be participating.  Perhaps working a corner station during the autocross where you are already entered, spending some time at the registration desk, or almost anything else.  Should you be interested in being a concours judge, or helping with the concours in another capacity, please don't hesitate to contact our concours chairman.

If you would like to become part of the Alfas in the Bluegrass Team, contact our volunteer chair here or if volunteering specifically for the concours, contact our concours chair here and thanks for your assistance!
